MAXBLEND (which generates ideal flow that cannot be realized with other impeller models) consists of the bottom paddle and the upper grid.

MAXBLEND impeller

MAXBLEND generates the appropriate flow pattern based on the vertical circulating flow in the whole area of the vessel.

The upward flow is generated along the vessel wall by a strong discharge flow from the bottom paddle, and the entire circulating flow is formed in the whole area of the vessel.

TURBINE 2-stage impeller

The multistage turbine generates a small circulating flow independent for each stage of impellers. The liquid supplied to the free surface is firstly dispersed in the upper-stage circulating flow, so a dispersion to the lower stage is delayed significantly.
In the bottom of the vessel, a suction flow is generated under the shaft, and stagnant portion are easily generated under the shaft. This causes fouling or adhesion to be generated in the drain valve at the bottom of the vessel.

A flow interference occurs between stages by a discharge flow from the upper and lower impellers, generating two circulating flows divided in the vertical direction of the vessel.
