Operation time reduced 1/4 as compared with the previous models
As result of adopting TORANDO for the real operation plant (approx. 10m3) of the industrial surfactant, the time required to attain the desired amount of gas (raw material) absorption is reduced approximately 1/4 as compared with the previous multistage impeller models, and a significant enhancement of operating efficiency is substantiated. Furthermore, the TORANDO provides the stable gas absorption speed while the gas absorption speed in the previous multistage impeller models excessively varies depending on whether or not impeller liquid is immersed, contributing to the stable operation of the entire plant.
